EVENTS:

WRITTEN AND ORAL EXAMINATIONS for PCOM DIPLOMATE is scheduled on February 6 & 7, 2010 (Saturday and Sunday), 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to be held at the Occupational Safety and Health Center (OSHC), North Avenue, Quezon City.

Interested to take the examinations please send the following requirements to the Specialty Board of PCOM on or before December 18, 2009:

  1. Letter of intent address to:
    Dr. Jesse C. Baylon
    Chair, Specialty Board
    Philippine College of Occupational Medicine
    Room 106 PMA Building, North Avenue, Quezon City
  2. Resume with 2 x 2 colored ID photo (1 pc)
  3. Photocopy:
    Certificate of Completion – Basic Course in Occupational Medicine
    Certificate of Training: PCOM Diplomate Course (Module I to V) or Certificate of Masters on Occupational Health (MOH)
  4. Certificate of good standing:
    Philippine Medical Association (PMA)
    Philippine College of Occupational Medicine (PCOM)
  5. Application fee: P1,000.00
  6. Examination fee: P1,000.00
